There is more to racing than riding

Note for riders of all ages, racing is more than just getting on your bike and riding around the track.

Riding is a total body workout, so what can you do before a ride, or on non ride days… cross train!!

What does this look like? It can be as simple as taking a walk, or kids playing in a playground, anything that keeps you active and elevates your heart rate.
