How to ride your BMX into the Berm

As you approach the berm (turn), maintain your speed and decide which lane to take. Do you go hi-low, low, hi, ride through the middle or a different combination, whichever lane you choose to take the approach is the same.

Start with your feet and cranks, parallel to the ground (level), your body weight will be over the seat or slightly behind it.  As you ride into your line, keep looking toward the end of the berm (exit), turn your head in the direction you want to go, then lean your bike and body into the turn.  When the gravitational force eases up, start pedaling out of the turn. Once you master taking the berm, you will exit faster than when you entered.
