How to Bunny Hop

This is of moderate level of difficulty, and with a little practice even you can achieve some air.

Start with your feet level on the pedals, body weight over the seat and knees bent, keep your eyes straight ahead.  The initial part of the ‘hop’ you will want to compress your bike downward with your arms and legs. Then explode your ankles, knees and hips to generate an upward movement, pulling slightly on the handle bar at the end.  The sequence of these movements executed together generates the ‘hop’. 

Do not brake until you let your bike return to the ground, or do not brake at all and keep pedalling.
