To try this, you will start in the same position as you would for a bunny hop. With your knees bent, shift your body weight so your hips are behind your seat (almost on your rear tire), and pull your handle bar up toward your body. The further back you lean, the easier it is for your front wheel to lift. As you roll along on your rear wheel, flex and extend your legs as needed to maintain your balance
